East Knoxville

East Knoxville is the section of Knoxville, Tennessee, United States, that lies east of the city's downtown area. It is focused along Magnolia Avenue  (US-70/ US-11), Martin Luther King, Jr., Boulevard, Dandridge Method, adjacent streets, and consists of the areas of Holston Hills, Parkridge Chilhowee Park, Morningside, Five Factors, as well as Burlington. In addition, East Knoxville is residence to Zoo Knoxville, the Knoxville Botanical Garden, Arboretum, and Chilhowee Park.

"East Knoxville" traditionally refers to the part of Knoxville eastern of First Creek (this creek is roughly paralleled by the eastern part of the downtown Loop, particularly Neyland Drive and James White Parkway). A portion of this location was incorporated as the City of East Knoxville in 1855, though Knoxville annexed it in 1868.

The introduction of trams and also the advancement of what is currently Chilhowee Park resulted in the establishment of houses in East Knoxville in the late 19th century. 2 such suburbs, Park City (Parkridge and also surrounding communities) and also Mountain View (Morningside), were integrated as different cities in 1907 and linked by Knoxville in 1917.

Then Head northeast on Knoxville Zoo Dr, Turn right onto Prosser Rd, Turn right onto E Magnolia Ave

Pass by Little Caesars Pizza (on the left in 1.0 mi), Turn right onto N Cherry St, Turn left onto Washington Ave and you will arrive at Flower Pot Galleria & Eatery, 1520 Washington Ave 1 Floor, Knoxville, TN 37917. 

Then head east on Washington Ave toward Winona St, Turn right at the 1st cross street onto Winona St, Continue onto Harriet Tubman St, Turn right onto Martin Luther King Jr Ave, Turn left onto Dandridge Ave, Turn right onto Hazen St and stay on it until you arrive at Morningside Park, 1600 Dandridge Ave, Knoxville, TN 37915. 

Head southwest on Hazen St toward Dandridge Ave, Turn left onto Dandridge Ave, Turn right toward Martin Luther King Jr Ave, Slight right onto Martin Luther King Jr Ave, Turn right onto Parham St and you will arrive at Love Kitchen Inc, 2418 Martin Luther King Jr Ave, Knoxville, TN 37915.
